Skoda Karoq has a remote keyless system receiver that receives radio frequency signals from the key fob. If none of your key fobs work, and and you can’t reprogram the keys, it is possible the receiver module has developed a fault.
The other things which can be turned on/ off are one button to unlock all doors or press once to unlock drivers door and twice to unlock the others. Also the anti hijack where the doors auto lock above 5 mph and unlock when taking the key out of ignition.
Try banging on the door a few times, this often works, then you can get access to the lock handle mechanism from inside the door which can be stripped down, freed up or replaced. The microswitch often goes on these too as it wears out and is near impossible to fix without replacement.

The locking wheel nut key fits over the locking wheel nut to remove it. You need a locking wheel nut key because your locking wheel nut will have a specific pattern. This pattern works the same way in which a key is cut to match a door lock: only the car’s locking wheel nut key will be able to ‘unlock’ this specific wheel nut.
