Since last year i have a problem related to central locking sistem that is causing a battery surge. - when double lock is activated (by key or remote) if i rotate the key to unlocking position about 80 degrees then only the passenger side doors will unlock. If i rotate 90 degrees (until the end) then all the doors will be unlocked.

My much missed E60 BMW 525D had the option to configure auto lock on/off within the iDrive System (which despite Clarkson's complaints) was not complicated to use. The car does normally lock itself after a global opening by the fob so if the car stays unlocked that could, thats only could, mean its not a fob thats opened it. LEDs, whats your Watts. 2.0 TDCi TitX in Hypnotic Silver.Drivers side electrics. My Mondeo is a 2009 (59) and has, in the last few days, developed an electrical issue. I can't control any of the windows or use the electric mirrors using the door controls. The central locking works only on the passenger side (and boot & filler cap) - I have to manually lock the front and rear driver's side doors.
