GbG is done primarily for FP with the other rewards vaguely secondary. If they publish that 1.5% of the time a reward will be given and it will be FP then they can give nothing for the first 9850 fights and 100% FP for the last 150 fights. They would be keeping the published rates but not many players. 3. You can do as many Spent FP quests as you want when contributing to other people's GBs. FP reserves You will need to increase your FP reserves by a noticeable amount. First because a lvl 80 arc has greater sniping power that needs to be matched by more FP reserves. But mostly because you will have to contribute to the club activities.
It's the best and fastest way to level gbs and collect medals. Your only fp loss is your backfill. You get back all the fp you donate. Multiply the fp reward by 1.9 and that's how much that spot costs. Owner of the building is responsible for making those spots lockable at 1.9. i saw the calculator linked in a previous comment.
I say yes, it's worth it. It's the cheapest GB to level that gives daily FPs. Cheaper than CDM, Innovation Tower, Cape (though cape gives 1 FP per level, vs Hagias 1 FP per 2 levels), Kraken, AO. I don't know about power leveling it, but if you just got it to level 14, Hagia Sophia would give 8 FPs a day, and only take 2 more additional tiles
Observatory level 9 → 10; Places Default rewards FP to put by the owner to secure the place Rewards with rate Number of FP already in Spot/Snipe % of investors bonus (arc bonus)
Jun 30, 2019. #2. 1.8 = base reward x 1.8. You the owner: put in enough that someone can take a position at 1.8 and not be sniped by anyone either on or off the GB. Once ready put the GB attachment in the thread. Someone claims the spot and puts in 1.8. That’s pretty much it. . 560 153 923 582 556 820 255 641
